Can you spare 15 minutes to count butterflies?  We’ll participate in the Big Butterfly Count again this year – meet at the churchyard at 14:00 on Sunday, 9th August and we’ll then move onto the playing field.  Citizen science at its best – who doesn’t smile when they see a butterfly?

The yearly mow of the churchyard is nearly upon us!  Meet at 11:00 on Saturday, 5th September at the churchyard  – please bring your own strimmers and rakes.  If you think you’ll be able to help strim, rake or bag please let Debra know.  As has become our custom there will be a ploughman’s lunch at 3 Main Street after the mow.
