CALL CONNECT – AN ON DEMAND BUS SERVICE SERVING RUTLAND COMMUNITIES
Callconnect is an on-demand bus service – available to all on a pre-booked basis. Launched on 31 March 2025, the service currently operates throughout zone 1 in Rutland and our ‘book a bus’ service is scheduled according to passenger journey requests, giving flexibility to travel to your timetable. Download the app or call the booking line to begin your journey!
On-demand bus travel will be fully rolled out across the county from 4 August 2025, adding zones 2 and 3, helping to connect villages with main bus routes, which then provide onward travel to larger destinations.
The offer of free travel on all on-demand buses is also being extended until 31 March 2026, so there’s no better time to get on board.

Zone 3 will service Ridlington and will stop at the Bus shelter on Top Road.
