FUND RAISING INITIATIVE

A huge thanks are due to Jacky Morrell who sowed, pricked out, tended and potted on a number of plants for sale. Over £50 was raised for church funds.

FOOD BANK

The August collection will be on 10th August.

Items needed include shampoo, shower gel, meat pies, tinned spaghetti, pasta sauces.

Please continue to demonstrate your generosity.

PET SERVICE – July 3rd

Our thanks are extended to Reverend Jes Salt for leading the delightful Pet Service on the church lawn.

With refreshments for the nine dogs and their owners after the service, it was an enjoyable and fun afternoon.  See you next year!

OPEN GARDENS EVENT UPDATE

A BIG THANK YOU to you all for your help on Sunday, June 12th in staging the Open Gardens – from cutting the Playing Field, to dealing with car parking, taking admission money, distributing the maps, setting up the Village Hall and serving refreshments. Everyone worked really hard and your efforts on behalf of the church are much appreciated. We managed to raise…

HANDBAGS AND ACCESSORIES SALE

Dear Ladies,

We will still be going ahead with the Handbags and Accessories sale on Saturday despite the forecast being for a “high expectation” of rainfall. We won’t let the weather dampen our spirits.

If the weather continues to forecast rain, then the venue for this event will take place in  St. Mary Magdalene & St. Andrew Church, Church Lane, Ridlington.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, June 18th – 10:30 – 12:00 noon.
