·      4th – 10th May is International Compost Awareness Week and appreciation of healthier soil.  We’ll be looking at how to better compost green waste in the churchyard;

·      Sunday, 11th May 10:30am – Annual Parochial Church Meeting in the church to receive reports, elect officers etc…

·      Tuesday, 20th May is World Bee Day appreciating the crucial role of bees and pollinators in agrifood systems and the health of ecosystems.  Come and look at our “pollen bar” in the churchyard and see how many “buzzies” you find;

·      Saturday, 7th June at 10:30 – Churches Count on Nature, our annual bio blitz in the churchyard.  Help us check whether our management plan works;

·      Saturday, 13th September – ‘Ride and Stride’ in support of the Rutland Historic Churches Preservation Trust. Volunteers needed to ride/stride and to welcome visitors to the church.  Please let Debra Thatcher know if able to help.
