SCOTT & SCOTT – POP UP SHOP – MARCH 8TH
Dear All
It is that time of the month again. Please see attached the poster for our next Pop Up Shop. We will have fresh pork, I am being asked for pork, and although we do not produce this on the farm at Ayston it is locally produced by our Artisan Butchers Nephew We will see if this is popular and if so will be looking to repeat.
We will have our usual Beef, Lamb, and Venison. There will be some ready meals and baking available, time permitting this week.
I am making burgers this week so there will also be Minty Lamb Burgers, Pork and Apple Burgers, Beef Burgers, and time permitting Venison Burgers. Let’s hope the lovely weather continues and we can get the BBQ’s going.
We are busy calving our herd of cows now, the first calf was born on 11th February, and we have just over 50 baby calves in the shed as of today.
If anyone would like to see them on Saturday, please ask and I will arrange for someone to take you to look at them.
